- 4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 oz. pieces Swiss cheese to cover chicken
- 1/2 c. dry white wine or vermouth
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 2 1/2 c. crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
Directions

1Place chicken breasts in baking dish with 1 ounce slice of Swiss cheese on each breast.

2Mix 2 cans of soup with wine or vermouth and chicken broth and pour over meat.

3Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.

4Melt butter and add stuffing mix.

5Remove foil and add stuffing mix on top.

6Bake an additional 15 minutes.
