- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. diced, dried fruit mix
- 2 Tbsp. rolled oats
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Lightly grease or Pam spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Fold in fruit mix; spread in pan.

5Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons oats.

6Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
