Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. quick or old-fashioned oats (uncooked)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. diced, dried fruit mix
  • 2 Tbsp. rolled oats

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Lightly grease or Pam spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Fold in fruit mix; spread in pan.

    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons oats.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

    Cool.
