  • 0.5 (7 1/2 ounce) package silken tofu
  • 12 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • honey, if desired
  • ice cube, if desired

    I've never measured the ingredients for this, feel free to adjust for personal taste in consistency.

    Combine all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or with a hand-held food mixer.

    You can use yogurt in place of the tofu, but the tofu is great protein in the morning, and you can't even taste it.

    Run marathon.
