Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Mazola oil

Directions

    Mix water, yeast and sugar until dissolved.

    Add flour, milk and oil.

    Stir until all flour is moist.

    Batter will look lumpy. Bake at once in well buttered muffin pans at 475° for about 15 minutes, or until browned.
