  • 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
  • 1 chicken, skinned and cut up

Directions

    In large bowl, combine soup mix, apricot preserves and Catalina dressing.

    Add chicken to this mixture and marinate 8 hours in refrigerator.

    Bake in 350° oven until done.

    Serve with cooked rice.
