- 1 qt. whole dill pickles
- 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pickling spice (located in spice section), wrapped in cloth sack
- 1 stick cinnamon
Directions

1Drain pickles and cut in 1-inch cubes.

2Soak in sugar and vinegar 4 hours at room temperature, stirring occasionally.

3Put in jar with spice sack and cinnamon stick and refrigerate one week before eating.
