  • 1 qt. whole dill pickles
  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. pickling spice (located in spice section), wrapped in cloth sack
  • 1 stick cinnamon

Directions

    Drain pickles and cut in 1-inch cubes.

    Soak in sugar and vinegar 4 hours at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3
    Put in jar with spice sack and cinnamon stick and refrigerate one week before eating.
