Sweet Raspberry Lime Iced Tea

- 5 bags raspberry zinger tea
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 pint raspberries
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Mint sprigs
Directions

1Put the tea bags in an 8-cup measuring cup or heat safe bowl.

2Boil the water, pour it over the tea bags, and allow to steep for at least 10 minutes.

3Allow to cool and remove tea bags.

4In a small saucepan combine the sugar and 1 cup water and bring to a boil.

5Cook briefly until sugar is dissolved.

6Remove from heat and add raspberries.

7Let come to room temperature.

8Combine the tea and raspberry sugar syrup, to taste.

9Put ice into 4 (12-ounce) glasses.

10To each squeeze in a wedge of lime, pour sugared tea over, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
