- 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 lb. chuck steak
- 1 envelope onion soup
- 1/2 lb. or can mushrooms
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 lb. can tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. juice from tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- parsley or other garnish (if desired)
Directions

1Spread 20-inch sheet of heavy-duty Reynolds Wrap with margarine.

2Cut steak into serving pieces and arrange on foil, overlapping.

3Sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, pepper and chopped tomatoes.

4Season.

5Mix tomato juice and cornstarch.

6Pour over meat and vegetables.

7Seal and bake for 2 hours at 375°. (Beef cubes can be used instead of chuck steak.)
