- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins, seedless
- 1/2 cup almonds sliced
- 1/2 cup apricots chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 each dates chopped
- 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2(This will make about 8 servings.)

3For 2 servings bring 2 cups water to a boil.

4Add 1 1/4 cups Swiss Breakfast.

5Turn heat to low and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed, about 7 minutes.

6Cover, and set for about 2 minutes before serving.

7Serve with low fat milk or unsweetened soy milk.
