  • 2 lb. cube steak
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 c. chili sauce
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Dredge steak in flour, salt and pepper.

    Brown in hot oil. Add onion, celery, garlic, chili sauce and water.

    Bring to a boil.
