- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can tomato sauce or tomato soup
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 green pepper
- noodles or potatoes (optional)
Directions

3tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire. Cover; simmer for 1 hour.

5Cook for 30 minutes; serve with cooked potatoes or noodles.
