Ingredients
- 2 to 3 bunches green onions
- 3 bunches parsley leaves
- 1 bunch fresh mint or 3 tsp. dried mint
- 3 to 4 large tomatoes
- 1/2 c. cracked wheat
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon juice to taste
Directions

1Cover cracked wheat with water and let soak while preparing vegetables.

2Chop all vegetables fine.

3Use only the leaves of the parsley and fresh mint.

4Drain and squeeze the water out of the cracked wheat and add to the veggies.

5Add the remaining ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste.

6Serve with fresh pita bread.
