Ingredients

  • 2 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning
  • 2 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 cans red kidney beans
  • 2 cans sweet whole kernel corn
  • 2 c. pinto beans
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • taco sauce (hot or mild)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 large pkg. corn chips

    Cook and drain hamburger.

    Add taco and chili seasonings.

    Add beans, corn and water if needed.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    Grease two 9 x 9-inch baking dishes.

    Crumble 1/2 corn chips in bottom.

    Pour mixture over chips and add rest of corn chips.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese over top.

    Bake at 450° until cheese melts.
