  • 4 to 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (1 lb.) picante sauce (hot or mild)
  • 1 (1 lb.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • approximately 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tomatoes, diced

Directions

    Mix softened cream cheese and picante sauce together for bottom layer in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Shredded lettuce for next layer.

    Shredded cheese for next layer.

    Top with tomatoes. Chill until firm in refrigerator. Serve with chips.
