  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 1 whole Onion, Diced
  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese, your choice

Directions

    Brown the ground beef over medium heat until its browned.

    Add the taco seasoning (make according to packet directions) and the onion, simmer until onion is softened.

    Drain grease if necessary.

    Cut a trough in the top of the French bread loaf and save the top.

    Spread the cream cheese on the bottom and sides of the trough.

    Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the cream cheese.

    Spread the ground beef mixture over that and then add the shredded cheese (use whatever is your favorite).

    Put the top of the loaf of bread back on and wrap the sandwich in tin foil and then bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
