- 2 lb. pork, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 can red chili sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. cumin
- garlic salt and seasoned salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 corn bread mix
Directions

1Brown pork in large frypan real brown; pour out fat and add flour.

2Brown; add all remaining ingredients and simmer at low temperature for 20 minutes.

3In bowl, mix corn bread mix as directed.

4Spray baking pan with oil; pat a thin coat of the corn bread mix in bottom of pan.

5Pour the chili or spoon into pan; top with rest of corn bread mix.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
