  • 6 (6 oz.) skinned, boneless turkey or chicken breasts
  • juice from 3 small lemons
  • 3/4 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • few drops red food coloring

Directions

    Blend all ingredients, except turkey or chicken, well.

    Pour over turkey breasts.

    Cover both sides.

    Cover; refrigerate at least 12 hours.
