- juice from 3 small lemons
- 3/4 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. salt
- few drops red food coloring
Directions

1Blend all ingredients, except turkey or chicken, well.

2Pour over turkey breasts.

4Cover; refrigerate at least 12 hours.
