  • 1 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened lime juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 to 8 center cut pork chops (3/4-inch thick)

Directions

    Trim as much fat as possible from chops.

    Line baking pan with foil. Beat egg, milk, lime juice, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic salt together. Dip each chop into liquid and then crumbs.

    Lay on foil lined pan.

    Drizzle with melted butter or margarine. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
