- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened lime juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 to 8 center cut pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
Directions

1Trim as much fat as possible from chops.

2Line baking pan with foil. Beat egg, milk, lime juice, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic salt together. Dip each chop into liquid and then crumbs.

3Lay on foil lined pan.

4Drizzle with melted butter or margarine. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
