- 1/2 can anchovy fillets
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

2Process or blend briefly.

3Mixture should be blended but still coarse. Transfer to a bowl and serve with chunks of crusty French bread.
