  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 12 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 14 cup honey dijon mustard
  • 1 piece scallion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper (optional)

Directions

    Place filets on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
