  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 34 cup ketchup
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • salt and pepper

    Chop onion.

    In a large saucepan, put ketchup, water and chili powder in and cook on medium about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet and season with salt, pepper and dry mustard.

    Drain meat and add to saucepan.

    Cook on medium 20 minutes or until the sauce is absorbed and the mixture clumps together.
