  • 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients in bowl.

    Gradually stir in water.

    Add fresh vegetables, shrimp, etc.

    The batter will be thin. Deep fry until golden brown.
