- 1 lean flank steak (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Directions

1Mix sauce well and pour over thin sliced beef.

2Let marinate at least 4 hours.

3Place strips on wire rack over cookie sheet. Bake at 150° for 11 to 12 hours.

4Blot excess grease.

5Store in container with a lid at room temperature.
