Ingredients

  • 1 lean flank steak (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

Directions

    Mix sauce well and pour over thin sliced beef.

    Let marinate at least 4 hours.

    Place strips on wire rack over cookie sheet. Bake at 150° for 11 to 12 hours.

    Blot excess grease.

    Store in container with a lid at room temperature.
