  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor or cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 2/3 c. water
  • 1/4 c. Parkay margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. shredded, cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3/4 picante sauce (medium)

    Prepare stuffing according to package directions, using water and margarine.

    Spoon into bottom of greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
