- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. melted butter
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Mix together the hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, 1/2 cup of butter, salt and pepper, then put in baking dish and set aside.

2In a bowl, mix 1 cup of butter and crackers.

3Spread over top of potatoes.

4Bake 1 hour at 350°.
