- 2 boneless beef top loin steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds)
- 5 tablespoons light teriyaki sauce
- 1 large vidalia onion, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 18 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
Directions

1Preheat grill to medium.

2Wash hands.

3Brush steaks and onion slices with 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce.

4To make sauce, place peanut butter in a small bowl.

5Using a fork, gradually stir in 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce and 2 tablespoon water until smooth; stir in red pepper.

6Grill onion, covered and turning occasionally, 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.

7Keep warm.

8Grill steaks, uncovered and turning occasionally, 15 to 18 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness (internal temp 150-160 F).
