  • 14 cup light coconut milk
  • 14 cup peanut butter
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cucumber, Chopped
  • 14 cup green onion, Chopped
  • 1 lb shrimp, cooked (frozen bag)
