  • 4 pink grapefruit
  • 2 pints strawberries
  • 1 bottle sparkling Italian wine (Prosecco or spumante)

Directions

    Peel, pit and blend peaches until smooth and pour into a glass pitcher.

    Juice grapefruits and pour into a glass pitcher.

    Hull and rinse strawberries, and blend until smooth.

    Pour purees according to taste, about one-third full into 6 beautiful champagne flutes and fill slowly with sparkling wine.

    Serve immediately with 1 long cocktail spoon.
