  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 cup oil
  • 12 cup water
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 (1 ounce) package German chocolate, grated
  • 12 cup margarine
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix well: yellow cake mix, sour cream, vanilla pudding mix, eggs, oil and water.

    Fold into mixture: chocolate chips, pecans and grated chocolate bar.

    Save some grated chocolate for topping.

    Bake in a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350F.

    Icing: Use mixer and cream margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    Then add the chopped pecans and vanilla.

    Let cake completely cool before icing.
