   Take one Frito bag slice open along the side top to bottom, this makes it like a bowl shape, add a scoop of Chili, a desired amount of Cheese then some chopped Onion and serve

   Cheeses that can be used: Longhorn, American, cheddar, Jalapeno Jack, Velveeta

   You can also buy the bigger bag of chips and serve in bowls.

   For entertaining and letting guest serve themselves set a basket with cut open bags of Corn Chips and a plastic fork in each bag or on the side, using a crock pot or any other method have a pot of hot chili on the side, but not to heat hot to burn, with the cheese and onions on the side, putting your condiments on ice will help them stay fresher others that can be set out are, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Jalapenos, a variety of cheeses, Salsa, Avocado or Guacamole etc.
