  • 2 ounces (60 ml) cheap sake
  • 2 ounces (30 ml) vodka
  • Ice
  • Dash or two of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-ounce (30-g) piece perfect raw beef (from the tenderloin), on a skewer and well chilled

Directions

    Freeze a lowball glass.

    Shake the sake and vodka with ice and strain into the glass.
  3. 3
    Serve piscine (with ice) with the Worcestershire dash sinking, and stir with the skewer of beef.
