- 2 ounces (30 ml) vodka
- Ice
- Dash or two of Worcestershire sauce
- 1-ounce (30-g) piece perfect raw beef (from the tenderloin), on a skewer and well chilled
Directions

1Freeze a lowball glass.

2Shake the sake and vodka with ice and strain into the glass.
