  • 2 pieces tofu (250g)
  • 1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil, or oil of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 pinches parsley or green onion

Directions

    Chop parsley to small pieces on a cutting board or with kitchen scissors. Break the tofu with hands into small pieces.

    Set the pan on high heat, when the pan is hot, add the tofu and stir fry (about 1 minute). Add the oil, keep stir-frying, mixing once in a while (1 minute).
