  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, room temperature

Directions

    Boil water and butter/margarine over lowered heat; add flour and salt.

    Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan (about 1 minute).

    Beat in eggs one at a time.

    Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake at 425° for about 20 minutes until puffed and golden.

    Cool; freeze.
