- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, room temperature
Directions

1Boil water and butter/margarine over lowered heat; add flour and salt.

2Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan (about 1 minute).

3Beat in eggs one at a time.

4Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake at 425° for about 20 minutes until puffed and golden.

5Cool; freeze.
