- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 5 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. wheat flour
- 1 c. white flour (or both)
Directions

1Beat the eggs, milk and butter or margarine.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Beat only enough to mix.

4There may be some lumps, but don't overmix.

5These can be made ahead of time or the night before and refrigerate.

6If refrigerated, add 1 teaspoon more baking powder to a little milk to dissolve and add to batter.
