  • 1/2 cup marsala
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 300ml thickened cream, lightly whipped
  • 1 large packet of sponge fingers (savoiardi)
  • cocoa, for dusting
