  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
  • ground pecans

Directions

    Combine butter, sugar, syrup and water.

    Heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Boil to 300° (brittle stage, about 20 minutes).

    Remove from heat.

    Pour immediately on 10 x 15 x 1-inch pan lined with aluminum foil.

    Sprinkle chocolate chips over top until melted.

    Spread evenly.

    Sprinkle ground pecans on top. Cool.

    Break into pieces.

    Yield:
