  • 1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 10 plain Hershey bars

Directions

    Mix and beat butter and sugar over medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 290° or hard crack stage, approximately 15 minutes after it bubbles.

    Sprinkle 1/2 pecans on wax paper or cookie sheet.

    Pour brown sugar mixture on top of nuts.
  4. 4
    Brush candy bars on top and let melt.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Let cool and break into pieces.
