Ingredients

  • 15- 1/2 ounces, weight Extra Firm Tofu
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Pepper
  • 18 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a large baking sheet with foil paper.

    Spray the foil with cooking spray, and set the baking sheet aside.

    Blend together all ingredients using your food processor.

    Or you can use a spatula to combine them in a large bowl.

    Use a measuring tablespoon to scoop out the mixture, and use your hands to roll them into balls.

    Place them on the lined baking sheet.

    Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes, flipping the meatballs halfway through.

    Let cool slightly, and serve with pasta, or dip them in tomato sauce, and enjoy!
