- 15- 1/2 ounces, weight Extra Firm Tofu
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a large baking sheet with foil paper.

2Spray the foil with cooking spray, and set the baking sheet aside.

3Blend together all ingredients using your food processor.

4Or you can use a spatula to combine them in a large bowl.

5Use a measuring tablespoon to scoop out the mixture, and use your hands to roll them into balls.

6Place them on the lined baking sheet.

7Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes, flipping the meatballs halfway through.

8Let cool slightly, and serve with pasta, or dip them in tomato sauce, and enjoy!
