Tomato And Artichoke Bake

- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and quartered
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions with tops
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Directions

1Saute green onions in butter until tender.

2Stir in artichoke hearts, tomatoes and remaining ingredients.

3Pour mixture into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.

4Sprinkle cheese on top, if desired.

5Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.

6Yields 4 to 6 servings.
