- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 c. ice water
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in saucepan. Place over low heat; stir constantly until gelatine dissolves (4 to 5 minutes). Remove from heat; add ice water. Stir in tomato sauce and sugar. Pour into 4-cup mold. Chill until firm.

2Unmold.

3Place on lettuce and garnish with cucumber slices.

4Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
