- 5 lg. tomatoes
- 2 cans refrigerator biscuits, not buttermilk
- 2 bunch scallions
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. shredded Colby or possibly taco cheese
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions

1Place biscuits in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

2Pat into a crust.

3Cover with sliced tomatoes.

4Chop scallions and sprinkle over tomatoes.

5Sprinkle on basil, salt and pepper.

6Mix mayonnaise and cheese and spread over tomatoes.

7Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min till mayonnaise browns with bubbles.

8Let sit 5 min before serving.
