  • 1 to 2 sliced fresh tomatoes
  • 1 deep-dish pie shell, baked per instructions
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. chives
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Place the tomato, onion, basil and chives in the bottom of the cooked pie shell.

    Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and 1 cup of the cheese together and spread on top of the tomato/onion layer. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
