Tomato Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can mushrooms or 1 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Lightly spray an 8 x 8-inch oven casserole with nonstick cooking spray.

    Add pork chops.

    Place in oven at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once and allowing the meat to start cooking. Remove from oven.

    Add rest of ingredients, starting with salt and pepper.

    Also add onion and mushrooms.

    Mix together the water and tomato soup; pour over pork chops.

    Sprinkle with basil; cook for another 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
