- 25 lb. tomatoes, chopped
- 9 bell peppers
- 5 to 8 hot peppers
- 3 c. celery
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 2/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
- salt to taste
Directions

1Simmer tomatoes.

2Cook peppers, celery, onions and garlic. Combine with tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.

3Add lemon juice and tomato paste.

4Put into jars and pressure cook at 10 pounds for 15 minutes for pint jars, 20 minutes for quart jars.
