  • 10 c. fresh tomatoes
  • 2 c. celery
  • 2 c. onions
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 tsp. beef bouillon

Directions

    Simmer first 4 ingredients for 20 minutes.

    Melt butter; add flour, sugar and beef bouillon.

    Cook and mix with the tomato, celery, onions and bay leaves.
