- 10 ounces soft goat cheese room temperature
- 2 tablespoons herbs fresh chopped, thyme, chive, rosemary...
- balsamic vinegar Good, for drizzling

Directions

1Mix the fresh herbs into the goat cheese.

2Slice the tomatoes into 4 thick rounds. Sprinkle each tomato round with salt. Gently slather the layers of each tomato with the goat cheese.

3Stack the rounds to reassemble the tomato. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar!
