- 12 ounces chocolate unsweetened semi-sweet
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 x coconut, shredded (desiccated) or nuts
Directions

1Melt chocolate by placing in microwavable dish.

2Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until almost melted, stirring after each minute.

3Remove from microwave.

4Stir until completely melted.

5Beat cream cheese until smooth.

6Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.

7Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix well.

8Refrigerate about 1 hour.

9Shape into 1-inch balls.

10Roll in nuts or coconut.

11Store in refrigerator.
