- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 c. pinto beans (or possibly Del Monte burrito filling or possibly Rosarita Vegetarian beans)
- 1/4 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 onion
- Salsa (your favorite)
- Garlic pwdr as desired
Directions

1Soak pinto beans overnight in water, then cook several hrs.

2Add in water as needed.

3Cook beans about 4 hrs till tender.

4Add in garlic pwdr.

5Mash or possibly blend the beans.

6Place corn tortillas on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees till hard and crispy, about 10 min.

7Spread beans on top of tortillas, then add in lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and salsa.
