Ingredients

  • pound cake
  • 2 pkg. frozen fruit (strawberries or raspberries work well; can also use canned fruit salad)
  • 2 large pkg. red jello
  • 2 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cans whipped cream (Reddi-Wip works well)
  • maraschino cherries and/or sprinkle decorations

Directions

    Break pound cake into small pieces (can spread with fruit jam if desired) and place in bottom of deep glass dish.

    Thaw fruit; drain and spoon on top of cake.

    Prepare jello according to package directions and pour over fruit and cake.

    Refrigerate until set.

    Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions and pour quickly over top of set jello.

    The pudding sets up quite fast so you could do this as late as an hour before serving.

    Chill.

    Just before serving, add whipped cream and decorations.
