- 4 to 6 trout, skinned off the bones
- 4 large potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 to 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 c. onions, sliced
Directions

1Boil cabbage just to soften; cut onions, peppers, mushrooms and potatoes.

2Cut trout by slicing off of bone.

3Combine all ingredients into tinfoil.

4Add butter on top and any seasonings. Fold up tinfoil package and place on broiler or barbecue.

5Cook for 1/2 hour or until vegetables are done.

6Serves 3 to 4 people.
